Brio 500 Series Self Cleaning Bottom Loading 3-5 Gallon Capacity Tri-Temperature Water Cooler Dispenser with Hot Water Up To 198 Degrees, Cold Water Down To 39 Degrees and Room Temperature Water

My cooler was thirty years old and still running when I remodeled my kitchen. I needed a black water cooler. I added the hot water which is a nice feature.

My Brio water dispenser is perfect. It looks great, modern and sleek. Water comes out with perfect pressure and can fit large bottles without issue. The temperatures on all 3 spouts are great. It is a bit noisy but it's not a constant noise and it doesn't bother me or my family at all. I definitely recommend this dispenser!

Extremely well packed and easy to setup. The Best feature for me is the bottom loading of the water! The drip pan seems cheap in comparison to the water unit itself. I have a hard time getting just right in to the unit. Otherwise, excellent product.

I drink a lot of water. The cost of buying Smartwater and the plastic bottle waste became morally troubling. I wanted a machine that offered hot and cold and this does so conveniently. I no longer have to run water through my tea maker, the water comes out piping hot. Cleaning for the first time was a nightmare. I had water everywhere (lol smh). Nonetheless, the instructions guided me through. However, instructions are different between the website and printed version. I recommend and would purchase again.

Love my Brio! Works great and dispenses water properly on all 3 temperatures. Plus it looks great in black :) My rating is actually 4.5 as everything is perfect except the noise it does when it cools the water. Aside from the refrigeration noise it has a rattling to it. However, I still love it.

So far I like it much better than the unit I was renting from Costco's water delivery, which I think was by Primo. It is pretty quiet and easy to load. My only minor complains are: 1. The room temp water doesn't come out fast enough. 2. It would have been nice if the water spout was the same for hot, cold, and room temp. A few times I would start putting room temp water in and then change my mind that I want it a little colder so I press the cold button without moving my cut and then water gets all over my hand. This may be a side effect of how my previous water unit worked and I haven't broken that habit.

Fairly happy with the water dispenser so far. It was advertised to be able to fit the large Stanley cups but unfortunately this model does not fit them. You have to angle the cup to fit it. Other than that, it is a great dispenser and works well. It's quiet and cools the water fast.

Very light and easy to operate

This water filter seems to be working fine. It isn't very noisy but I don't see anything particularly special about it. The exterior is very cheaply made and I had several dents into the top portion of the machine just from moving it across the kitchen. Also the safety feature on the hot water is nonexistent. The piece that claims to be for safety moves very easily that a child can basically switch the safety off accidentally.
