The coolest thing about this cooler is that it's a bottom feeder. the quality of the unit seems high and it's also able to dispense room temperature 🌡️ water 💦! I'm going to update my review as time passes.

One month into ownership and enjoying the cooler. Yes bottom load makes it easy to change out bottles, more importantly it runs very quiet and dispenses pretty and chilled water at the press of a button. Its footprint is a little bigger overall than my previous cooler that had the bottle at the top. Overall seems well-made and hope to have years of trouble-free service.

We decided on this model because we wanted hot/cold/room temperature water and the price was right when we hit the sale. It has been an excellent update to our home. It takes up minimal space, was easy to assembly the water jug adapter and very easy to operate. We even upgraded with a stand to make it a little taller for use (though the standard height is acceptable too). Highly recommend for anyone looking to increase the water intake in your house! The hot water makes great tea and hot chocolate! The cold water comes out so cold that no ice is required!

I love the light on the cooler. So now my family does not have to miss where to place their bottles.

I've had my Brio water dispenser for 5 years now, and let me tell you — this thing is built like a tank. No leaks, no weird noises, no breakdowns. Just pure, clean water every single time. It's still running perfectly fine, just like the first day I got it. People love to complain in reviews, but truth is, if you take care of your stuff, it takes care of you — and Brio proves that. I clean it regularly, treat it right, and it's never let me down once. After 5 solid years, I can say this dispenser isn't just “good quality” — it's top-tier reliable. Brio didn't just make a product, they made a long-term partner for your home. Highly recommend.

It does what it says the water gets cold which is great and the hot water and room temperature water is an added bonus only con if I had to choose one is that it's loud at times when compressor is running

I wanted a water cooler that is self sanitizing, I had been renting from the water company that delivers my water, but that was so cost inefficient that I went with this bottom load Brio primarily because of the bottom loading and self sanitizing features. I went through about 7.5 gallons of water before it lost that ‘chemical taste'. My only small complaint is the cycling water noise it makes, my other cooler was virtually silent which I preferred, but this is a cost effective alternative!

Although the 500 unit is good it could be better desigmed. My recommendations are as follows: 1. Re-design the tray (where cups or glasses arw places) so that the cup placement has a border to secure cups/glasses when placed on top of it. This would prevent these items from falling when being filled with H2O. 2. Instead of having to manually turn on the light when filling a cup or glass at night, introduce a light sensor which would automatically light up when a cup or glass is placed on the tray and auto shutoff the light when the cup or glass is removed.

We were replacing another brand, and this looks nice but having the 3 different dispenser nozzles in annoying coming from another brand that had 3 temperatures but just one dispenser nozzle. Our old one also was able to dispense cold water longer. Seems like a small reservoir. For the cost not sure I would recommend.

I got this item on March 31 and I took it back on May 4th 2020. Water was coming out fine until after a couple of weeks of use. The water started coming out slowly or not at all. You have to keep pressing the button down or hold it down to water to come out. I wouldn't recommend this product. Will purchase the Avalon Electronic Bottom Loading Water Cooler Water.
