It's very early to say much about this product working but so far so good just installed it. It was easy to install and flush system to start using. I like the holes on the platform where cups or bottles sit so you know exactly where to put them for filling up. I like that the bottle which is heavy glass is in a cabinet and it has a night light so you can see what you are doing in the night. The cold water is cold! Exactly what I wanted. Great pic!

I would recommend the product, although the directions were a little bit unclear about draining the water after flushing the system.

We recently purchased the Brio 500 Series, and the setup was quick and easy. The water tastes great—much better than the bottled water service we were using before. Even our kids noticed the difference and commented on how much better it tastes. If you're looking for a reliable water filtration system that provides clean, great-tasting water, I would definitely recommend the Brio 500 Series.

Have been using it for 3 days and so far its great. Easy setup and the water taste is great and no odor at all. hope it will last atleadt for couple of years.

Works wonderful. Taste great! It will pay for itself in less than six months compared to lugging bottled water cases. That don't even taste as good. No more filling my freezer With ice cube trays, all I have to do now is push a button and I have all the cold water I want.

Came dented. Works fairly well, but would've gone with a different brand if I could go back. The filters are hard to find also

It arrived damaged out of the box ! Very disappointed!

The 500 series water dispenser was on their website including the dual filtration system. On sale for $249.99. We decided to order it. They sent us a cheaper model with no filters. After contacting Brio, we, including the representative supervisor (Serena), could see how the website changed the product we ordered to a cheaper model without dual filtration at time of checkout. Serena insists this was our fault even after seeing their website change the product at checkout and says there's nothing they're willing to do about it and we're just stuck with the cheaper model. Total bait and switch! Be VERY careful when ordering from these people. Customer service is atrocious!
