Good product to my home
Best money spent, water test better than bottled water, putting the line was a bit of a hustle since I had to do multiple trips to Home Depot to find the exact adapter , and couldn't find one so I had to buy a new line for the kitchen faucet that fits. They say it uses a lot of water, so let's see the next bill, and I would probably update this review then. So far I'm happy with my purchase.
Amazing nice and water taste amazing I would highly recommend
Easy to install, water is good, built in tds meter is cool. Compressor can be a little noisy, but it's ok. Don't like how far it should be away from the wall.
Great product, very quiet and different way of reverse osmosis. This is very fast to produce clean water thanks to a pressure pump. But 4 stars because does not have water room temperature and remineralization. Taste is great too.
PROS: The features of this system are nice. The water is super hot or super cold. The hot water lock system is finnicky until you get used to it. CONS: Some bottles won't fit: The biggest downside for us is that many bottles won't fit underneath so you have to awkwardly hold them at an angle fill them. It would be helpful if they gave the clearance measurement on the website. Short. We put it on a box to make it a little taller.
I've had it for about 7months about now. Water taste fine no problem with it cleans leaving no bad aftertaste and feeling of things on my tongue. Had to change filters they have bundles for other's making it cheaper without realizing it was missing one of them. Still cheaper buying the 4 then the 1 other RO filter. Wish they had a bundle for this product as well then just the other models.
Everyone says the water tastes great. The one knock is that you don't get much hot water, until it reheats again. I am not sure of the process to supply hot water in the reservoir, but it appears after the first few cups are taken out, it remains less hot for many hours before it reheats back up to the designated temperature. For example, I turned it all the way up to make sure its hot for coffee in the morning, and after the first two cups, it drops about 20 degrees. And it stays that way for most of the day. I like my coffee around 188 degrees, but to make sure its hot enough for two or three cups I have to keep it turned to 194.
Unit is not what I was expecting and I wish there was literature which would have given better dimension for the dispensing area. I'm used to a larger machine. The dispensing area is not tall enough for an average size water bottle (i.e. hydroflask 20 oz) and is not deep enough to fill a kettle. First day of use I've spent more time cleaning up spilled water than dispensing it. Also is missing a RO water outlet for running line for coffee machine other accessory you'd want to use RO for.
The cooler arrived dented all over from the transportation and since Walmart only offered drop off to one of the local Walmart if I requested a refund, I was not happy because that was the reason I ordered it delivered. they then offered a discount and since I did not want to drop it off I took the offer but after setting it up it was defective. I now had no option but to drop it off at the local Walmart.
