Great dispenser. Does what it's supposed too. Not a complaint but I do wish it would cool water a bit more but it's not bad by any means. I also wish I would have gone with an ice dispensing model but it's a great product. Looks great too, especially when all my appliances are stainless.

This is my third water dispenser I own…The first and the second one does the job but it did not last and I'm hoping this one will outlast the others. I like the way they designed it! No struggling on finding hot and cold water spout, the touch control is owesome very nicely done. Thanks brio moderna….There is one thing and maybe in the near future you can incorporate a motion detect for the led light to come on automatically at night when it detected a person.

Love the modern look it gives in our kitchen, the clock and hands free cold water sensor, the blue light, just wish it give more hot water faster.

overall, I'm pleased with the unit. I love the touchless dispense feature. As i feared, there is a significant amount ( 0.5 to 1 liter) of water remaining in my 5 gallon bottle when the sensor indicates that the bottle has to be changed. As I result, I have to pour that water into other containers.

I bought this water cooler on Black Friday sale and the first unit came with a big dent that I supposed was made for the delivery company. A replacement was sent and the second one came with a bigger dent and broken door. The 3rd unit arrives with a different delivery company and apparently in better condition, but still have 2 little dents in the front (both sides) that are not so big and I decided to keep this one because of the waste time and the functionality won't be affected. So disappointed to purchase an expensive water cooler and have problems because of the poor packaging. About the performance I can say that by now it is as expected, except that the touchless function is just for cold water and you have to take away your hand and repeat for several times to filling up a glass of water. You still have to use the touchscreen. For this, I found the touchless option not worthy a lot, but my kids like to serve water this way because of the new feature.

The Brio cooler arrived quickly and is very good looking. We've had it up and running for a couple weeks now and, so far, the performance is so-so. It's fairly quiet and the water flow is good. The biggest problem with it is the temperature of the hot and cold water. The temperature settings have a good range, but the cooler has yet to deliver water st the set temperature. The closest the hot comes to the set temp is 6 degrees cooler and sometimes it's 12-16 degrees cooler than the set temp. The cold is never at the set temp either. It is always 6-10 degrees warmer than what it's set at. I'll give it another week or two to see if it needs a break-in period before I contact Brio and complain about it being defective. Overall, we're very disappointed with this cooler so far.

It's a nice water dispenser overall. Love the look and small footprint. Functionality is great and easy to load BUT… The problem is it's LOUDDDDDDDDD!!! The compressor is already noticeable when it kicks on. Since it's only intermittent it's not that bad. I think it's the pump that causes all the noise? It vibrates the whole thing so loud it wakes us up in the middle of the evening though it's in the kitchen. I've tried to see if there's something louse I could tighten. I've added vibration reducing tape to various spots. Nothing works. I now have this cooler for 13 months and it sees like the compressor keeps running and the water does not cool, This is a nice looking fixture in my kitchen that does not work! Do not waste your money on this worthless piece of junk!
