Best investment ever. Now my family has readily available hot...cold....water use. This water cooler provides safe and clean drinking water. It's also saving us space because we don't have to purchase cases of water to store anymore.

While I was evaluating what's on the market, i didn't find many options for having cold water with reverse osmosis. We had it for the last 2 weeks and the entire family loves it. Great taste, better than zero water we had previously. The location for the buttons is perfect, my little one can't reach them, but my 4y old can and now it's (stll) a fun thing drinking water.

Eliminates the hassle of lifting and replacing water tanks. It is connected into the water source and plugged into the power outlet--pronto! Four filters help eliminate all the harmful elements in the tap water. It does what the seller claims it does! I am very happy about my purchase and recommend it to everyone. P.S.! I have only had it for a month. I cannot make any comments about the durability of this filtering system.

Love this!!! The best tasting water ever and the price is great. It was a little tricky to have installed because of my home being older and the water line far from where the cooler is placed.

First, unless you are a plumber, I would suggest you have this installed by a professional. However, in terms of the water quality, it is great. Many of us do not like drinking water from the faucet, are leary about the filter water from the refrigerator and don't want to harm the environment with all the plastic used in water bottles. This system is the solution. It provides 3 temperature water (hot, room and cold) on demand. It's great for an office setting which is how we use it.

A bit challenging when the instructions are not accurate - really need to be updated to accurately reflect the actual product. The instructions state to flush all four filter when you can only flush three, after struggling with this I called the help line and was told only three filters get flushed. Also instructions say to plug in the machine and switch the on/off switch to on - except there is no on/off for the machine just the hot and cold water. Slightly confusing, but all in all not horrible to connect.

Overall I like the cooler but the amount of water that goes down the drain is much more than the amount of usable water.

Excellent costumer service, but the equipment although is good have some issues with the water at room temperature. The first unit we bought never worked a water at room temperature, we returned and was replaced with a new one and this one supply a normal and good amount of cold and hot water but the room temperature after one cup takes long to can supply another cup and sometimes is very cold.

i finally got it hooked up, and it doesn't work. The hot and cold have not a single drop of water coming out of it, just the room temperature button works.

I had a RO Filter fail and put debris throughout the system that wouldn't come clean and kept ruining my stage 4 carbon filter. Finally, Brio sent me a new system, and the water now tastes of rubber and plastic. I replaced the filters, and the same outcome. I replaced it with a competitors product and gave up on Brio. Very frustrating to have to give up on 2 systems. Wish their filters were better.
