I had been a little apprehensive when purchasing this unit do to several negative reviews. I am amazed how terriffic in every way this Brio 300 is. Quiet, efficient, attractive and top value it is. Technical Service actually answers the phone with a live, knowledgeable, literate, courteous person. Just imagine that. The manual clearly explains everything you need to know. Set up is simple and intuitive. Brio has become my surprise %231 Water Dispenser.

Love the fact of not having to lift and flip a huge water jug, kinda disappointing that all the water is nit emptied from the bottle but I love the easy access.

Bought this for my daughter's office and she loves it. Looks great, not too big, fits nicely in corner behind desk.

The best, most attractive water dispenser I could find. The old one I had broke (not sure the brand) and I needed to invest in a new one. After much research this became the obvious choice. It's a bit shorter than my last one so maybe 4 feet tall, but nice look to it, sleek. Blends right in with other white appliances. The bottle changing mechanism is much easier to do and undo, and made of sturdy material.

Just purchased this water cooler. Was delivered on time. Easy to set up and easy to use. No more lifting 5 gallon bottles just slide them into the bottom of the cabinet. At first it had a rattle noise the drip tray was the rattling noise. Took it out and after a few days put it back in and still no noise. Great cooler cold water is cold and hot water is hot

Small footprint but highly functional. Easy to plug and play and frontloading is everything.

Take it out of the box, let it sit before setup cold water is cold, hot is really hot, dissolves sugar in a hurry. Has quiet operation. Bottom load is great. Nice

Gets the job done, water is super cold. Aesthetically pleasing in our living room and works well. It's definitely a little noisy but we just unplug it if it gets to be annoying and the noise isn't constant, seems random.

I had a different companies water dispenser that broke and this one was on sale so I bought it. I'm not a fan of this model, it's loud, parts vibrate loudly while dispensing water. the touch free aspect is not true, it won't fit a water bottle so you have to press the dispense lever and hold it back to dispense the water (it's a pain and water spills on the floor) The hot water is not touch free, you have to hold the safety button then press the water lever. If you do it reverse, no water will come out. It sucks and is a pain. Do yourself a favor and look at the water dispenser dimensions, it won't fit anything taller than a pint glass. In conclusion: when this one breaks, I'm not buying this companies brand again, too expensive for a basic options water dispenser.

The paddle design when you get the water out, makes it impossible not for water to spill out beyond the drip tray. This is an absolute do not buy item.
