Brio Limited Edition Top Loading Countertop Water Cooler Dispenser Hot Cold and Room Temperature

Great product love it's low profile and it's perfect for our kitchen counter

Im very happy with this dispenser. It was extremely easy to set up. I have been using the product for a few weeks now. The noise level is a bit more distracting than I thought it would be, but it doesn't last long. The cooler works just like my old larger one. It will heat the water too but we don't turn that on because we don't use hot water that often. The water is very cold. We like it that its small enough to fit on a table or countertop without being too bulky. The design is sleek and simple, almost getting an Apple product for a water cooler. Nice option of turning individual switches for hot water or cold water.

I got this water dispenser for me to use at my office. It gives you cold, hot and room temp. water, and the hot water button has a lock on it. I like that I can just put it on my desk and it doesnt take up space on the floor. It is easy to set up and use, looks good and works well. It is not heavy either.

For the first few gallons, I found the water strange to taste, but it was good afterwards. The children are super easy to use it and there is a child protection system to discourage them from being burnt. Hot water for teas is surely warm; oats are instantly made but not hot enough for coffee. Overall a product perfect for a family.

We purchased the 500 Series Countertop Water Cooler for our office to replace one from our water-delivery company. There are few counter top coolers around, so we were happy to find this one. It is one of the only ones that has a cold water dispenser (in addition to a room temp dispenser). This was very important to me. But I wish the cold was even colder as it doesn't stay cold very long. (The one I had from the water-delivery company had a way to turn the water even colder.) This one also has a hot water dispenser. We are very satisfied with it so far.

Nice Lil Machine -- Just a Bit Noisy for Me. Does Everything I Need it to do!

This is a very nice solid looking cooler. The hot water doesn't dispense water. I was under the impression it would hold a 5 gallon water jug but it only holds 3.

I bought this product over a month ago and was happy with the review and the item when it arrived. We were deciding between this product an the larger bottom-fill option with a hidden bottle and went with the latter. Would recommend this for counter-top options.

I ordered this cooler for our shop. I read through the instructions (very easy to set up), turned it on and immediately had a flood all over the countertop and floor. I returned it for replacement (which took a little over a week), and the second one leaked just as bad. This time, however, it leaked overnight, so by the time I found it my countertop was already ruined.

Very disappointed with this. The hot water stopped working in less than two years. Of course the warranty is expired by the time it broke.
