Brio Limited Edition Top Loading Countertop Water Cooler Dispenser Hot Cold and Room Temperature

Great product love it's low profile and it's perfect for our kitchen counter

We purchased the 500 Series Countertop Water Cooler for our office to replace one from our water-delivery company. There are few counter top coolers around, so we were happy to find this one. It is one of the only ones that has a cold water dispenser (in addition to a room temp dispenser). This was very important to me. But I wish the cold was even colder as it doesn't stay cold very long. (The one I had from the water-delivery company had a way to turn the water even colder.) This one also has a hot water dispenser. We are very satisfied with it so far.

Everything about this cooler is perfect, although I would have liked the cold to be colder and the hot to be hotter. I need to add ice for drinking water and need to microwave my tea for 30 seconds for my temp preferences.

This is a very nice solid looking cooler. The hot water doesn't dispense water. I was under the impression it would hold a 5 gallon water jug but it only holds 3.

I bought this product over a month ago and was happy with the review and the item when it arrived. We were deciding between this product an the larger bottom-fill option with a hidden bottle and went with the latter. Would recommend this for counter-top options.

Loved the Brio 500 when we first got it. Problem is, they only offer a one year warranty and that's when things start to fail. Our heating element went out (we don't use this regularly and tried it today) 16 months after we purchased it. Not sure if we can order the part to fix it (at a reasonable price) but this should not be a disposable product. You'd think it would last more than a year and Brio would back it up.

I ordered this cooler for our shop. I read through the instructions (very easy to set up), turned it on and immediately had a flood all over the countertop and floor. I returned it for replacement (which took a little over a week), and the second one leaked just as bad. This time, however, it leaked overnight, so by the time I found it my countertop was already ruined.

Very disappointed with this. The hot water stopped working in less than two years. Of course the warranty is expired by the time it broke.

I bought this piece of crap less than a year ago and it's continually leaking entire bottle contents with no explanation. I have to get rid of it because it's going to ruin my floors. It sucks and it wasn't cheap to buy. Stay away! From One Disgruntled Customer
