BRIO My First Railway B/O Train Set Train Set

I received this in exchange for my honest review. My 2.5 year old love this train set. It's easy for her to understand how to use it. My 8 year old even likes playing with it with her! My only knock would be that the train itself is very slow, but thats not really a big deal. We will be buying more brio train sets to expand on this one!

Great starter set! I received this set free in exchange for a review. My big kids loved playing this set with my 12 month old. It has nice brightly colored, large, chunky pieces a small child can manipulate easily and are not a choking hazard. The track pieces all fit together so easily! The pieces are all smooth to the touch and very durable looking. The set should hold up well to little hands and rough older siblings as well. The assembled set is a nice sized playing area of 18x36 inches. There are two different layouts the pieces included can be arranged in and so much potential to add on through the years. There are clear concise pictorial directions on the box though I do wish they came in a paper copy that could be saved once the outer packaging is ready to be discarded. I like how the bridge part of the track is molded so pieces lock into place and stay put. The battery powered engine has an easy push down on/off function. The set also comes with a train car that attaches magnetically to the engine and the spool it carries spins on the car as it moves around the track for an extra fun touch! This is a very engaging set for hours of fun!

This train set is very easy to put together with chunky pieces my 3yo can hold and put together himself. The battery operated train moves very smoothly along the tracks and goes up and down hill with no problem. The best part is, the wooden tracks and magnetic train are compatible with other sets so you can continue to build and link together to make bigger sets! He loves it so much!

I received this item in order for my review. This is an amazing beginner set if you would like to get a younger child a train set. My two year old in entranced with it. I really appreciate that it fits with other brio train pieces and sets. We figured out pretty quickly it will push other trains along as well.

I received a copy of this in exchange for my option. I ended up getting this for my 1 year old son and its incredibly easy to set up and get going and so is the clean up! My son absolutely loves it and fits in with big brothers train sets!

The box came open

I love this little train. I'm going to start however with the problems. The screw to get the train itself open to put the battery was it very hard to get out. Also when i but the battery in it was on. You have to make sure the train in on something to turn it on and off. This however is a plus I think because for it to work kids have to put it on the track. Now to the plus. If you have a little one that loves cars and trains you need this. Fist off it's another got products from rebensburg but it's also so fun. Plus you can buy add one. The kids love it . They have played with it almost every day now that it's here. It's not loud and so easy even for little hands to work. It don't take alot to get it going. They love changing it up and making it go different . Again products from the company last forever and are worth it. I also would like to say I got the products for free to give my honest review.

I received this set in exchange for my honest review. My son is 22 months, and likes the train, but wasn't very interested in putting together the set, however my 4 year old daughter loved it. She was so excited to get it going and work the track in different ways. I gave it a 4 star rating because I think maybe the age of 18 months is a little too young to enjoy, but I love that the pieces are great for their little hands and no choking hazards.
