Purchased this as a Christmas present for my mother. With all the negative surveys she chose to open it up ahead of schedule to test it out and ensure there weren't any imperfections. So far it's been incredible. No issues at all. Indeed, even got an email from the merchant telling me that in the event that I have any issues with it to get in touch with them.
I bought the small paper cups and have them stored in the front of the machine for anyone who visits my office. I followed the setup instructions which recommends running a cup of water through the machine and discarding before using and the water has no smell and tastes great.
What led me to water cooler dispensers is to avoid the waste of plastic! This product is amazing to hold large sums of water and avoid a lot of plastic being thrown out. I loved the black simple style and the cool and hot options at handy access and have completely opted out of bottles now.
The new wave for water coolers and our whole family is seriously obsessed. We only purchase Brio brand products and we have not had any complaints. Super eco-friendly and we just feel more sustainable as a family. Thanks!
I love that I can alternate the 3 to 5 gallon water bottles! It makes it so much more convienient for me. So far so good and I am satisfied with my purchase.
This product is amazing. For someone like me that drinks a lot of water hot and cold it has a large reservoir of water for both. In a time of rush it is supper efficient to have both accessible.
It is beautiful water dispenser. Hot, room, temperature water work so well. It didnt take a lot space on my kitchen, and instructions are easy for reading. My friends are really love it and they will get for them. I recommended it for everyone
Like how convenient it is to have the extra option of hot water tap also.... Perfect for hot drinks or instant lunches with just add hot water packets
Really impressed with the sturdiness of this product. Interested in what other products they provide. It works well and I love having instant hot water
I expected to supplant a two-year old water cooler from another brand, as the virus water blower kicked the bucket. This unit from hOmeLabs was easy to set up and runs calmer than both of two past water coolers I've claimed.
