great water jug, cheap quality spigot, already replaced.

I stayed in the shipping review that I expected to receive a lid with this product. It is pictured on the website as having a lid included. I didn't receive a lid. Even at the bottom of this review, one of the things it is asking to comment on is the lid. If it isn't included it should not be stated or shown on the website.

I would totally give this 5 stars but I didn't know it didn't come with a lid. It's great but just being open seems odd and unsanitary. I covered with Saran Wrap for now until I seem of something else works. I wish I had read the description better or it should say no lid

The “stainless steel spigot” is really a cheap plastic painted chrome. I'm trying to avoid plastic in my home and that was the main reason I bought this specific brand. Very disappointed.

Pictures show the water dispenser comes with stainless steel spigot and lid. When received there was no lid and full plastic spigot.

I failed to read the reviews prior to making the purchase and I'm very disappointed. It did not come with the lid as advertised and the stainless steel spigot/faucet is not stainless steel, it's plastic!

The bad reviews were true! I was foolish and thought that I would get the product advertised. The water dispenser didn't come with a lid as is pictured, but a plastic ring instead. It also came with a plastic spigot with metallic paint when it was advertised as stainless steel.

The provided spigot is plastic for stainless steel as designed. The Ad clearly depicts and shows a stainless steel spigot. However, its plastic with a stainless look (a sliver finish) on plastic.

The advertisement listed clearly that this product came with a lid. There was no lid included which was one of the main reasons I ordered this specific products.

Rhe item sent is not what is in the description. the spigot is NOT stainless steel AND my crock didnt include a lid.
