Great rocker for the price.

It came in excellent condition. Nothing was chipped or scratched. It is very comfortable. The seat cushion feels like memory foam, firm and won't sag or flatten. Had a little difficulty assembling the footstool as the drilled holes didn't seem to line up but we figured it out. Only small disappointment is the covering for the left armrest was sewn sloppily (no quality control at factory?), but right one is perfect.

Not satisfied. The glider fell off the base around the wood pegs. I had a fall with my granddaughter. It's almost like the glue did not hold. Reglued it again, but it did not hold, the chair base fell apart again. I did get the protection plan. I would like to get a replacement or get my money back. Thank you
