Service was fantastic. Price great and rocker is perfect. It is a gift for my daughter who is expecting her fourth child. She is in Air Force and works for Honeywell building engines for airplanes. She was not due until later but thank you she has the rocker because her son is coming early. I'm sure she will enjoy rocking her new son. The rocker is very comfortable and the covers are easy to remove when she needs to clean them. I love WalMart.

Seat cushion is way too thin Back cushion is 3x as thick as seat. Why is seat cushion so very thin? We will have to add more cushion on seat to be comfortable

There was some damage and scratches on the wood. The chair seat padding is not super soft but it is comfortable enough. The back is comfortable. The arm height is nice for holding baby.

I am unable to answer these questions. It's a baby shower gift in September. The box is pretty beat up. Hope the inside item is ok.

The light color in web picture is what I needed but not what I got. Cushions are much darker.

I love the chair, but we've only been using it for 2 months and it's already breaking. We paid too much for it to be falling apart like it is….

I ordered through Walmart, but it was a 3rd party company that sold the item, so the return policy wasn't with Walmart. I received the chair within 3 day (great), but the ottoman had a crack in the wood. The cushion on one of the arm rest was missing it snaps. 3weeks later I am still trying to get replacement for both. If you are going buy this chair make sure you buy the one that you can get through the store and not a company Walmart contracts with. The chair was ordered before the baby was born, and now we have the baby but no chair!!!!!

I never leave reviews such as this, but DO NOT PURCHASE this chair from this company. The ottoman was sent broken and to exchange it, I have to pay my own shipping for the whole item (even though it was just the glider that was cracked) and wouldn't allow me to just drop it off to their warehouse when I live less than 15 minutes away from their location. The cost for shipping was as much as paying for another chair. They were not willing to help or cooperate to show any customer satisfaction. Extremely disappointed!
