I was shocked that i received; since orders i ordered one never came even though i paid for it.

changed to Brita from Zero Water since the ZW have become too many knock offs. i lost $30.00 to counterfeit.

Our city water is heavy with minerals and chlorine. With this system, the water was much more refreshing. The filter has grooves at the bottom, which fits onto the ridges in reservoir, however not all groves fit the ridges. You have to turn the filter until the groves finds the right ridges. Very tricky! Once the filter is placed properly, the top of the filter should be just a hair below the reservoir. Tap water pours through filter very slowly, comes out the four holes at the bottom of the filter. Once you get the hang of how to install the filter, it really is a nice little system to provide fresh, clean tasting water to drink.

Water taste good

great product, it filters pretty quickly. I am not too fond of having to lift the lid to fill the water in stead of having an opening there. But it's good!

Although the way the filter doesn't fit snug into the dispenser loosely feels self defeating for the purpose. It seems like as some of the water is being filtered and a good amount of unfiltered water is also just passing between the filter and dispenser it self. the inside components need to fit better.

Ehhhh It's ok, lid came broken in the package, too much trouble to return. Not as big as I expected. Light doesn't work on the top to indicate if filter needs replaced. Basically waist of money.

I just ordered a different Brita pitcher model, because I didn't like the design issues with this model. Yes, it makes the water taste much better. It was also the lowest priced option in the store. My biggest complaint is the reservoir is not easily removed for cleaning. Another problem is if the filter is not precisely locked-in then unfiltered water will just go into the pitcher without being filtered when it is filled. Also, the pour spout is not covered. Missing filter so cost me more should bought straight from Walmart did not know they have 3 part vendors never again and cost way more money

My filter has areas on the side and not all the water goes through filter! So some of the water I would be drinking is not filtered. So what is the point? I want totally filtered water not partially filtered. scared to purchase another if all the same, cant see inside box prior to purchase to see how others are.
