Easy setup and quite pleased.
Just replaced my Aquasana countertop with this unit and very happy. There is way less noise and vibration. I like the 8oz, 12oz, and manual buttons. Easy light for filter life too, no need to reset it every time. Water tastes good, all the chlorine out. Hopefully no issues going forward.

Excellent Taste and Very Easy to Set Up and Refill
I cannot believe I waited this long to buy one of these. Super clear and tastes great, much better than bottled. Huge difference if you use it with powdered drink mix. Tomorrow I'm going to use it to make sun tea, but the water tastes good on it's own.

Brita Hub Countertop Water Filtration Device
Works great and tastes great and that matters most. The only thing I don't like is the sound. Very loud because it has a motor that runs the water through the filter.

The water comes out slowly. I was used to pouring from Brita pitcher. I don't have patience to wait in this thing. 😕

NOISY
It is very noisy and when I tried to Speak with anybody from Brita, nobody seems to know the product. Everything are great but it is noisy. Loud noise. You can hear it but you can't see it.

I have bought a Britta hub in the past and it worked great. This time the machine seems more loud and my water taste like chemicals .. my water taste more like chemicals filtered from the Hub then from the faucet.

Disappointing dispenser
I love the idea of this filter and dispenser but it leaks water all over my counter top at least once a week and has now developed drip. I had a higher expectation for a filter at this price point!

I bought this because of a study showing it filtered microplastics. This thing is a mess - the filter falls out constantly, multiple times per day. It is unusable. The worst part is that this could have been designed to have the filter securely connect, but instead it was done with a weak “snapping” mechanism that easily breaks apart. Piece of garbage, do not purchase.
