We have been using the Brita Pitcher(s) and filters for 25 years. We and our pet(s)do not drink tap water. We drink Brita filtered water only. Only use tap water for boiling water.

I was gifted my Brita pitcher. Don't know how I lived without it. I have great tasting water all the time. The filter system takes away all the nasty chemicals and odors found in our water. I never use to drink straight water, now I love it! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I live in the Innercity and drinking tap water is out of the question! And paying a dollar for a 16 ounce bottle of water 8 times a day is outrageous!!! I bought this after having kidney stone and needing to increase my water consumption. I wanted to be as healthy as I could so filtering the water was important to me. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It seems like they changed the recycling program since the last time I was here.Previously you signed up, rcv'd a mailing label and sent your used filters in. No longer now you have to pay a company to take them. My opinion, a very bad cooperate decision! Look we are all attempting to make good decisions as our landfills are filling up. I guess Britta does not care to be environmentally concerned, only that they make profits. A terrible shame!

I've been using a Brita for years and love the way it makes my water taste. My most recent purchase was the Brita wave pitcher about 2 months ago. Unfortunately, the cover to the pouring spout gets stuck repeatedly, making it very difficult and often messy to pour. This isn't the quality I expect from Brita. Did not fit in my refrigerator. I was replacing another Brita pitcher that just fit. I'm disappointed it didn't have the same dimensions as my previous model.

At first I loved my Britta Wave. However, within a few months, the piece that you press down on to open the lid broke off. I wish I would have read reviews before I purchased

Purchased 3 months ago indicator no longer works . I put in New filter Nothing. I agree with others junk when you get it out the refrigerator water comes out.I have had Brita many years this is so sad
