Britax UpNGo Click Backless Booster Seat, Parchment

This is a wonderful car seat for taller children. It provides the support that is required but also lets the child use the seat-back of the vehicle which is more comfortable for larger children. I am happy that the seatbelt stays neatly tucked in the teal guide on one side of the booster when not in use. Then when the child buckles in, the seatbelt guides nicely through the second teal guide (children can definitely buckle in independently). The seat pad is soft and contoured (note that the fabic is spot clean only but it shouldn't be a problem as the fabic is black). I love how the seat has two latches that securely fasten into the automobile's anchor points. Many backless boosters just float on the surface of the car seat which isn't ideal. Overall I am very happy with the purchase and will likely buy another soon!

My kids love this booster seat and enjoy the comfort of the seat! They also mentioned that they like the length of the arm rests and how the fabric feels. We purchased two of them for my kids to use the seat in our second vehicle. We have Highpoint seats in our main vehicle; this booster is slimmer than the Highpoint and easy to transport back and forth when using with carpooling with friends and grandparents! I also really like that the seatbelt goes behind the arm rest as I feel that it gives a better fit.

I was happy with how the old boosters worked, but we recently got a larger vehicle and I wanted to see if we could find a booster that fit the space a little better. Pros: We had our six year old try out the booster first, as she's our kid who is prone to being more “sensory” with textures, positions, and so forth. When I asked her what she thought of it, she said “I like this booster better than my old one because it's so comfortable and I like the cup holders!” That alone is a win for me. The seat looks very comfortable, it's sturdy and will withstand multiple kids' use, and it is a very install. We move our kids between vehicles frequently, and having a booster that is simple is necessary. Cons: While my daughter liked the cup holders, I thought they stick out a little. It wasn't quite as sleek as I was hoping it would be, but the comfort makes up for that. All in all, not a knock against it because it's still a very nice booster, but I wish it were just a little bit narrower. The other small negative is one part of the fabric on the arm ripped a little, and for the price if would be nice if that were sturdier. In conclusion, I recommend this booster and will look at getting another as my next kiddo sizes up to a booster. The comfort and ease of install can't be beat! I would choose this booster over its competitors after testing this product. The seat is lightweight and easy to transfer between vehicles, even easy for my son to carry with the built in carry handle and grandparents to install with the incredibly easy quick latch system. The seat has a contoured platform so when my son sits it helps to keep him back and up right in the booster! Also, because this was so easy to click into our latch system with the solid latches the seat stayed firmly put in our vehicle so no sliding around! The color codes on the latch system made it quick and easy to tell the latches were engaged and there is a release button that makes removing the booster a breeze! We have 3 kiddos and two vehicles and this was 3 across friendly in both! Overall, we (Parents and Son) choose this booster over several others due to ease of use and comfort!

This booster seat came in SO handy when I needed to switch it from car to car. It's very lightweight, easy to carry, and quick to install. I particularly like how it latches into the seat, as this makes it much safer than other booster seats I've seen. My son loves the detachable cup holders and the shape and feel of the seat. He says it's very comfortable to sit on! The black fabric blends in with my seat color, which is a really nice feature. The only complaint that I have might not be applicable to everyone but I'll explain anyway. I drive a medium sized SUV but I still find that my back seat is pretty narrow. With our previous high back booster seat, my son was unable to buckle himself in as he couldn't reach the latch on the seat below him. I was really hoping that switching to a backless booster seat would help with this problem but it started out being more difficult than before. This booster seat seems to be a little wider and nearly covers the seat latch, making it difficult for even me to get the seat belt to latch. I've been working on having my son practice buckling the seat belt and I'm seeing it get a little easier for him as time goes on, so ultimately I feel like this won't be a problem for long. All of that being said, I am really happy with this booster seat and would definitely recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This booster has such an ingenious mechanism for attaching to the latch system in a car, which is amazing to keep it in exactly the right position despite wiggly kids. The pop out anchor attachments are so clever and very intuitive. I also very much appreciate that they retract right into the seat if you have to use it in a spot that doesn't have the latch clips. It's super lightweight and easy to grab and place in a different vehicle when necessary. As with all Britax products, it's clear that this is made from the highest quality materials. The colors and fabrics are excellent choices and my children had no complaints. The only issue my seven year old had with the seat, is that she prefers boosters with arm rests that flip up and down, where as these are stationary. They're also covered with the same fabric as the base, which I do have some slight concerns about how dirty they will get quickly. But brand new, it looks great in my van and is definitely a high quality booster compared to most on the market. An enormous thank you to Stellar Panel for this major upgrade to backless boosters, I know we'll be using it for a very long time to come.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the idea of the car seat being extra secure via the little prongs that extend and connect but they were extremely hard to connect and I ended up giving up after 15 minutes of trying to make it work.
