This is a wonderful car seat for taller children. It provides the support that is required but also lets the child use the seat-back of the vehicle which is more comfortable for larger children. I am happy that the seatbelt stays neatly tucked in the teal guide on one side of the booster when not in use. Then when the child buckles in, the seatbelt guides nicely through the second teal guide (children can definitely buckle in independently). The seat pad is soft and contoured (note that the fabic is spot clean only but it shouldn't be a problem as the fabic is black). I love how the seat has two latches that securely fasten into the automobile's anchor points. Many backless boosters just float on the surface of the car seat which isn't ideal. Overall I am very happy with the purchase and will likely buy another soon!
High quality booster! Clicks in and out so easily. I bought two.
So easy to install we love it!
My kids love this booster seat and enjoy the comfort of the seat! They also mentioned that they like the length of the arm rests and how the fabric feels. We purchased two of them for my kids to use the seat in our second vehicle. We have Highpoint seats in our main vehicle; this booster is slimmer than the Highpoint and easy to transport back and forth when using with carpooling with friends and grandparents! I also really like that the seatbelt goes behind the arm rest as I feel that it gives a better fit.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have eight kids and have used a lot of booster seats over the years. My top priorities are always safety and ease of use. The Britax UpNGo Click Backless Booster fits those parameters; I've trusted Britax's safety standards for years, and this most recent booster is super easy to use. The latch system is smooth and intuitive. My kids like moving their car seats to different spots in the car — before and after trips :) — and this seat is easy for them to uninstall and reinstall safely. The carrying handle makes it simple to move from car to car as well. It looks great in my van (bonus). The one negative (not enough for me to dock a star, but worth noting) is that the seat cover can shift while my son sits on it. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this booster seat.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the opportunity to try the Britax UpNGo Click Backless Booster through the Stellar Product Testing Panel, and it has quickly become one of my favorite booster seats. The lightweight design and built-in carry handle make it incredibly convenient to move between cars for carpooling and travel. My child even enjoys carrying it themselves, which makes transitions so much smoother. The contoured seat, plush padding, and soft fabrics make it really comfortable—my kiddo has been happy and relaxed on every ride so far. Installation was straightforward, and I really appreciated the color-coded belt guides. Not only did they make it simple for me to get the seat secured properly, but they also helped my child learn how to buckle up independently and correctly, which has boosted their confidence. The sleek design looks fantastic in my car, blending right in with the interior without being bulky or awkward. Overall, the Britax UpNGo Click is stylish, practical, and very kid-friendly. I would definitely recommend it to any family looking for a safe, portable, and comfortable backless booster.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally, a Booster Seat Kids Actually Love! We have been using the same booster for years for multiple kids, thank goodness Stellar Product Testing Panel sent us this one to review because I had no idea what my kids were missing out on with our old one. This booster seat is fantastic! It feels sturdy and secure, and the easy-to-use anchor clips make installation so much better than boosters without them. Instantly, my child was impressed with how comfortable it is compared to their old seat—they absolutely love the soft fabrics, plush padding, and contouring of the seat itself. The removable cup holders are a smart touch, especially when other kids need to get past the booster to their seats. I also love how lightweight it is—the built-in carry handle makes switching between cars for carpool or travel super easy. Plus, the sleek design looks great in the car without being bulky. Overall, this booster combines safety, comfort, and convenience perfectly, we couldn't be happier!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was super excited to receive the Britax UpNGo Click Backless Booster from the Stellar Product Testing Panel; thank you to them for the opportunity to test such a great product! When it arrived, I could tell right away that it is definitely a quality product. The material is top notch; you can feel the quality and how soft it is immediately when removing it from the box. It looks amazing as well! But one thing I am surprised by is the lack of padding on the seat. There is very little padding between the fabric and the plastic, and it feels a little stiff. For long trips, this could be very uncomfortable for your little one. One thing that is a winner though is that it clicks into the car anchors and doesn't move when belting in your child. That is a great addition to the product, that makes it much safer than just the belt alone. That is so much easier than using the clips with belts that other boosters have. You just click it on, adjust with a button, and you are ready to go! Another great thing is how light it is. It is much lighter than other boosters and moves in and out of my vehicle with ease. Overall, I highly recommend this product; as far as boosters go, it is definitely top notch! The fabric is amazing, it is lightweight, and the click system is safe and super easy to use. I just wish it had a bit more seat padding for added comfort on longer trips. But, other than that, this booster is a winner!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this backless booster to test as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel at just the right time. My newly 8-year-old daughter is short for her age and has been in a high back booster thus far. At first glance, the seat was understated (no flashy colors, but a pop of color to remind you where to route the belt) and the fabric felt nice. The Britax booster was my first time using a rigid latch system. I do prefer that a booster latch in, so the Britax earns points there. I did find the latch system to be straightforward and the red and green indicators were very helpful. However, I prefer a regular premium latch over the rigid latch system, as I struggled to get both latches to connect at the same time, slowing down installation. The seat is fairly narrow, so it doesn't take up as much space if you need to fit in multiple seats. My only real complaint is the cupholders- neither of my daughter's water bottles fit properly. However, they are removable, which is a nice feature for easy cleaning. Once my daughter hopped into the seat, she had no problem buckling herself in. We did use the optional shoulder belt guide to get the best fit. My daughter did not complain about the comfort of the seat other than to mention she didn't really like the gap at the back that is needed for the handle. Overall, I would say this is a great seat for someone who wants premium features and needs it to be easy to carry and install. I can especially see it appealing to older kiddos still requiring a booster, but wanting something that looks more sophisticated.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the idea of the car seat being extra secure via the little prongs that extend and connect but they were extremely hard to connect and I ended up giving up after 15 minutes of trying to make it work. I received this product via the stellar product testing panel and I'm thankful I did because I wouldn't pay money for this.
