Brite Star 50 Lt C9 Faceted LED Light Set On Reel, Pure White

Bulbs are bigger then i thought. Which is a Big Plus. Have them under my gazebo.

Bright Lights that worked out of the box and looked very nice compared to my older C9 LED lights.

Nice color. My only issue is that there were 3 bulb covers missing.

I can't give an accurate rating until I install them next year. I plugged them in and they came on so that is good. However, a few of the sockets on the christmas tree light stringers were missing the locking tab that holds the lamp in the socket. I hope the lamps don't fall out when I put them on the tree next year. A few extra lamps with each order would help replace the ones with missing locking tabs.

The plastic bulbs come off easily. 5 were off upon arrival. I'm concerned about if they will stay on outside in the wind

I am very disappointed in the customer service of this company!!! Both actually, Walmart and Christmas Central. I purchased my Christmas lights early this year because of supply issues. They were delivered the end of September. The lights cannot be used and were unopened. After trying to return to Walmart as I purchased them thru Walmart.com and didn't know that I could not return in the store I then was told I can't return them because my return window was closed when I reached out the to this third party seller. The policy now is they extended the date of rerun to January 31, 23 and can be returned in store but won't allow me to return my 6 strands of lights. It is just the principle. Sad to say that customer service is not what it used to be … and would like to give 0 stars but not an option.
