Great for elderly!
I have purchased these for my mother on more than one occasion. They work well and are easy to program. The only thing I would change in design is to enable older people to be able to get the compartment with the battery open easier.

Working for my hearing assist
For a budget model they work well. Hearing improved and able to half the TV volume, which is what I got them mostly for. If you could fine tune the hearing assist it might be better but then would cost a LOT more. Works for me!

Britzgo Hearing Amplifiers
They sound good but they are just too loud. You cannot get the volume down low enough to be comfortable. The only place that I can use them is when I'm alone watching television. They allow me to decrease the TV volume and make it more clear. I have ordered something else that is more expensive and hopefully they will be better than the Britzgos.

It does help with amplifying, but the life is too short, about a year we will need a new one.
