Britzgo BHA-220 Personal Digital Hearing Sound Amplifier, Modern Blue

This is my 4th BITZGO BHA 220 plus one bad one that was replaced within days. I have cochlear with one ear at zero. This item is just the best of several different ones I've used over the years plus by far the best. I'm 93 %26 been there %26 done that. Very good plus sure save money.

Shipping was great. I received it the day after I placed the order. The hearing amplifier was the best. I have tried others but not as good.

I had originally bought these for my mother who is going deaf. She also has some other health issues. I wanted my mother to hear again, but also pay for something that is within my budget. As a college student, I was looking for the best deal that was decent quality that did not cost me a kidney 1 mediocre lung. I found them. This is the pair I bought! I gave these to her as a birthday gift and she hasn't had issues with them. The only thing with her is that she does not like the plastic tips (but she could be placing them in wrong - who knows). And, they worked well for about several months or so. They had recently stopped working, and I got worried. I contacted the seller, Britzgo and asked if they had a warranty. They reached out to me and asked if I needed another pair or not or just needed to replace the one (based on my purchase order). I told them both, and they sent me a paid shipping label and I stuck that on the box and mailed back the faulty ones. The day I sent it back, I sent them a picture of the tracking number and within 2 business days I received the next pair of Britzgo Digital hearing aids. Now, you may be wondering... if I spent this money, why do I want to bother trying to get the same product? Because their customer service was better than Comcast. They were willing to go the distance and pay for the shipping label, and send me a new pair without any major hassles. If you want a decent pair of hearing amplifiers and you are on a budget, I would recommend these. They are not the $8,000 ones from the ear doctor's... but they get the job done. Customer service = great!

I purchased one of these for my 82 year old mother. Her hearing aids were lost during a stay in a hospital one year ago. I tried three different hearing aids and her hearing had been terrible. I purchased this one as one last hope to avoid spending lots of money for new hearing aids. Her original hearing aids didn't help her much and I was reluctant to spend so much on such small hope. This Britzgo Hearing Amplifier has been like a miracle. Mom hears better than she has for a long time... and this is with just one hearing aid. The fact that the hearing amplifier is digital allows for extremely long battery life, making it better than a rechargeable. I finally changed the first battery after almost 2 months just because I felt it was time and I didn't want the battery to quit when I was not around to change it. I can only guess the digital technology accounts for the wonderful performance. I was at the end of my rope when I ordered this, but since it arrived, I have had some of my best conversations with my mother in the last 3 to 4 years. I am very satisfied with this product.

Excellent hearing aid. This is a great device I can change ears if I want to....m I do get tired of having it in the same ear all the time. I like just having one hearing aid. There's a strong battery and the battery locks well it's not easy to accidentally lose a battery. The on off switch I use everyday.... turn it off when I'm not using it..... the volume button it's easy to feel without taking it out of your ear .Up is louder down is quieter and there's a mode adjustment for the different kinds of background noise we could be in. B this is well worth the price honestly I'm happier with this hearing aid than the tiny $500 one that I lost! .... ( Some place in my car or house) This is NOT tiny and it has an excellent case to store it in...... which I do anytime I'm not wearing it so I don't lose this one ! I chose blue and it's a pretty metallic modern collar. The earpiece fits comfortably and the device rests over the top of my ear comfortably.

This is the second hearing amplifier of this style I have used. I find this one superior in many ways. The universal ear feature, fits either ear. is great and eliminates the need to search out the proper unit to fit the ear. The power switch is far superior to the open battery compartment. Because of their size , the same on all amplifiers, the controls , volume and tone are easy to use but I recommend the user spend some time using them against a constant sound to become familiar with their range. I found running water from a sink tap provides a constant sound.Finally to date, I found that the hearing amplifier is sturdy and well built and can handle a certain amount of abuse, dropping, etc without impairing their function. I would endorse their purchase by anyone with a hearing loss problem. They compare favorablywith much more expensive units.

This is the 3rd time Im buying the same hearing air from the same company not because they are not good, but because my mother keeps on spilling water on them. Hearing is very clear and loud. The only downside is, that batteries need replacement very often. And they are not inexpensive.

I liked it, actually. However, it stopped working after using it only like a few months.

Just not enough gain coming out of the unit.
