Broan 36 in. W Silver Convertible Range Hood

This 36 inch range hood was delivered a few days ahead of the original delivery date. My mechanic installed it and it works perfectly. It's easy to clean and matches well with other kitchen appliances. It was easy to install since I opted to go with the non- ducted installation method.

This is a bare bones, clean and simple design, stainless steel range hood, with a one bulb light setting and a vacuum blower. Our other unit blower died, and they no longer made the parts needed to repair, so we bought this one to replace it. It looks good, and it was very easy to install, came with extra parts to fit various installation requirements.

I replaced the black ducted range hood from 20 years ago with the Broan Nutone Stainless steel to complement new appliances. It is simple to operate, looks nice and works well.

I don't know who returned this item. they obviously had no clue how to install it!

Actually did not get to install it because it was damaged upon receiving it. So had to do a return to store.

It said "easy to install". It was not. We were replacing an older model from the same manufacturer so it should have fit perfectly but the new one's specs were off by 1/16th". If you don't mind the struggle or are a great problem solver go ahead, It works great once installed. If you don't want the potential headache you might want to look for something else. Not sure how many will be made off spec but this is a company quality control issue.

Arrived damaged not once, but twice. We hoped the first time was just a fluke, so we returned and reordered the exact same one. The second package arrived, and was also damaged. Really unfortunate as it has been difficult to find a range hood that fits the space in our older home.

i order this hood foe my stove the end of May 2026 and still do not have! i want my refund now! refunded back to my card you did not hesitate gettin my money!!

i didnt get all the parts and they want me send pictures but they won't give a phone number so I can send from my phone. Cant install w/o parts. i contact cusoter service recieved same email from company. told them I need a phone number. Refuse to do so, so I basically recieved a product I can't. someone could call me and I could give the info they want. Really frustrated

Both of the 36 inch Ventahoods were damage when I open the box not too happy with that
