Installation was easy to follow and just common sense. The unit has an excellent LED light that we now use more frequently than the standard bathroom light. Very little noise which is exactly what I wanted while still moving an increased amount of air. The only drawback is the unit is so quiet that those outside the bathroom can hear sounds from those noisier number two jobs one might be doing inside. Haha. Great product.

Really like the Broan 791LEDM InVent Bathroom Fan with LED lighting. Our master bathroom fan and light fixture needed replacement and this was the perfect retrofit! No additional carpentry needed. The fan is powerful but quiet. The light is bright and energy efficient. Overall a fantastic product that I would recommend to other homeowners thinking of replacing their old tired fixture with something that is attractive and functional.

We are beyond happy that we purchased Broan LEDM exhaust fan. I actually installed it myself, and it truly was pretty easy. I was replacing an existing "builder's grade" exhaust fan, so the wiring was already completed. I deviated from the instructions a bit and installed the box ov r the existing hole then trimmed the ceiling to the size of the new box. The LED lighting is really nice, and the fan is MUCH quieter than our previous exhaust fan, and it works so much better. It also just looks cool! I most definitely would recommend this model of exhaust fan!

My Broan fan/LED Light have been installed for 9 months and we are extremely pleased with it. The fan is quiet yet powerful and eliminates all steam from the shower as quickly as it is produced. The light is exceptionally bright, but dims to wherever we need it to be with one of the factory recommended dimmers. The light goes up/down in intensity totally linear. Our contractor had no problem installing it where the previous unit was located and vented the fan outside easily. I would purchase the same model again.

Had some difficulty with springs to attach cover all the way to ceiling but improvised. Then found out springs had been modified and was sent those which work great. Really love the light and also the quietness of the fan. Renovated bathroom and added this fan at the end and it really adds the detail and functionality that I wanted. I would highly recommend it to others who need a great light and exhaust fan.

When remodeling our bathroom we replaced a old noisy undersized contractor grade bath vent that was installed when house was built 25 years ago. This was easy to install and very quiet. When you get out of the shower now the bathroom and mirror is clear of steam and moisture. The LED light is much brighter than the 40w bulb that was in the old unit. Will replace second bathroom vent with same when replacement time comes.

I'm an amateur when it comes to DIY. Decided I could do this one myself and I DID!! Instructions were thorough enough that I could figure it out. It was kind of weird how the directions went from one side to another, opposite side of the page, but with some patience, I got through it. The details on cutting out the ceiling to make the hole bigger, were right on. I even had to get a piece of equipment to attach because the exhaust is bigger than what was previously attached. The Mrs really likes the light as it keeps the area a bit cooler. I would definitely recommend this product!

The fan works well when I take a shower, but when my husband takes a shower, he is handicapped and it takes him longer in the shower, it does not absorb the steam and moisture well. There is moisture on the ceiling in several areas. I still would recommend the fan because an average person would not take long to shower and there is no moisture on the ceiling when I get out of the shower.

I like everything about the product minus two simple items - no integrated night light - small enclosure for electrical splices. (It would be nice to have capacity to bring and splice power feed, returned switched legs along with neutral and grounding conductors without having to locate a separate junction box for just the fixture)

It functions just fine, HOWEVER the installation was horrible. Specifically due to the ridiculous clips used to hold the cover on. There was a lot of colorful words flying that day in my house, and had I known about this in advance I never would have bought it.
