Product good, customer service not so much!
Buy heater through Walmart was pretty straightforward and convenient. Trying to get customer service from Pebble Lane is another story. The package had a one foot gash in it, called 1 800 number and sent an email for assistance. I didn't get a response either way. I couldn't see any damage looking into the opening, so opened it. Everything was fine and assembly went ok. The flame is too big! Adjusting the control knob does nothing. The manual states to go to page 18 for that problem. The pages aren't numbered and there is no mention of what to do for excessive flume. I will try to reach tech support. Not feeling very confident.
