For the cost, great product. Installation not too difficult, however, you will need to get a connector that allows 2 water cables/hoses which goes from water source to the tank. Make sure it fits to tank snuggly or it will leak. You also need the right size water cable/hose from water supply to device which can be a little tricky, make sure it is long enough to have some slack so you can connect properly to the device, it will vary depending on type/size toilet you have, so put it on toilet and then figure out how long it needs to be and remember to allow length for bend in cable/hose so it doesn't kink at the connectors. This cable/hose is not really a one size fits all. These items are what you likely will need to purchase in addition to the device.

Works just as it should, my kids love it as well! The directions were very easy to follow. I also googled directions (I am more of a visual learner) and easily found a video on YouTube from brondell on how to install! Both directions were easy to follow!

Truly one of the better investments I've made. It's simple to install if you have the proper tools. I was dealing with a medical condition that made bowel movements excruciatingly painful and this product genuinely helped me through that. The best part is there is no need to waste anymore money buying bulks of toilet paper since you only need a small amount to dry and it reduces the chance of clogs

I have bought four Bondel Bidets and gave away 2 as gifts, did not disappoint nice way to try one out because the price is good, easy to clean and install. (adjust the pressure with with dial so you don't sting your bum lol)

Easy to follow instructions. Basically, common sense. Turn the knob in the direction you want to water to flow. Clean the bidet when you clean your toilet. A bidet is a necessity for my household. This one is inexpensive and does everything you need it to do, except control the temperature. its not unbearable.

Easy to install and seems very well made. Cleaner is always better. No doubt about that.
