Brondell Swash EM617 Advanced Bidet Toilet Seat with Remote Control, Round White

Our seat has been operational for about 3 weeks and it really does exactly what we expected and more.

I love the bidet and certainly saving on tissue. The drying fan isn't that great but so glad I made the purchase.

Really like this product. It works well and does what should.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only used it once and it worked great, however, When installing I tightened the bolts to tight and cracked the mounting bracket. Getting to a place to order the part was difficult and time consuming. After a week I finally received an invoice for the part and paid it so I guess the parts arrive I can tell you how it really works.

Having a warm seat is wonderful. I gave 4stars instead of 5 only because I wish the wash cycle was more of a wide spray instead of feeling like a stream.

Could be a great product if the control unit was better.

Expensive for 1 year of use. It started leaking internally before 1 year of use. But I did not imagine that happening and kept trying to find issue causing water on my floor. The unit was out of warranty when I finally was able to see evidence of where the water was coming from, and that was also when the unit quit working. - Factory did offer to repair and pay labor, but would not give me an high/low estimate of the cost of parts. And I was responsible for all shipping. I threw it away!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We already have a different model which is used in our bathroom. This additional bidet seat was purchased for our guest bathroom and we are not happy with it at all. When this unit is activated in front or rear position it gets the toilet seat wet on both upper and under seat. This should not and does not happen on out first Brondell. If water is splashing onto the seat it is unsanitary. Also, the hot air dryer does not have any power to it, so it does not accomplish what it supposed to. Again, this is not our experience with our other Brondell. If guest were to come and visit & not familiar with a bidet seat they would surely wonder why we spent our money on such a poorly fuctioning product.
