Love this product!
I take ALA for it's anti-oxidant properties but Acetyl L-Carnitine is needed in combination with ALA to boost it's effectiveness. Great to find these 2 supplements combined in one tablet!

Acetyl L-Carnite with Alpha Lipoic Acid
I have MS. My neuro recommended this several years ago and I've been taking it (4 pills) daily in the AM and at noon. I think it's like all vitamins in that you don't feel an immediate benefit. I'm taking it on faith.
