I experienced indigestion for 10 yrs. It would come on suddenly (while eating) in the form of esophageal spasm. Once I could swallow, I would sip apple cider vinegar and this would help me recover. Since taking this product daily, I no longer have this debilitating experience. Coincidence? I doubt it.
