I'm so sorry to report that I'm unable to recommend this product, but it was supposed to be returned for me, and I was told that it was. However, Bronson has yet to make a product that I've received and tried yet that wasn't of good quality. So, I cannot give or make any suggestions for this product.

No side effects
No side effects and easy to take. Just started it a few days ago, but I haven't had any issues with it yet, or any negative interactions with other supplements I'm taking.
