A rating, long time user of Bronson Melatonin
love the quickly desolvable tablet. They are easy to split if need. No pill splitter needed. Very effective for your insomnia needs.

Excellent!!
These seem to be working very well. I am a shift worker and so sleeping at unusual times or forcing myself to sleep is something I have to do often. Therefore taking a melatonin when needed helps increase the hours I sleep by getting me to sleep sooner :)

God send for a shift worker
I've struggled with insomnia for honestly good knows how long taking strong sleeping tablets and alwayssss struggled to wake up. With these for the first time in my life I wake up before my alarm and have some form of sleep pattern will be buying the 360 packet

Helps me sleep better
I struggle to sleep well every night and usually wake up every 90 minutes or so. I thought I'd try these to see if they'd help instead of using sleeping pills. They have definitely helped me. I take one 30 minutes before I go to bed and now manage to get at least 4 or 5 hours of before I wake up

Life changing!
After decades of lying awake all night or waking at night and failing to get back to sleep a friend recommended these. Absolutely life changing, the best quality/quantity sleep I have ever experienced. Waking refreshed and well rested. 100% recommend!!!

Melatonin 10mg fast dissolve cherry
I am unable to buy this product in England so thought I'd try it and found it helped me from the first night I took it. I got a good nights sleep and woke up feeling refreshed. Very happy!

Excellent alternative to sleeping tablets
These are great for getting off to sleep. I have also used PM Sleep Formula to stop my body getting used to the pure melatonin. This system works for me. Melatonin is fantastic at getting you relaxed just before bedtime.

Getting a good night sleep
I've tried prescription sleeping tablets that made me feel drowsy the next day, but with Melatonin I don't get that feeling and it's a much more natural way to go to sleep.

Questionable strength
Other brands I have used 10mg and it's aided sleep, this brand I've needed 3-4 tablets (30-40mg) for the same effect
