I had trouble getting off to sleep for years. My doctor was not into giving prescriptions for sleeping tablets to his patients. So trying melatonin was a chance to remedy this. First few days I felt the effects but still had trouble getting to sleep. But I persisted and a week after I started I was drifting off to sleep. I'm very impressed and they appear to be safe to use for prolonged periods. Well worth it for a good night's sleep.

Easy to purchase no hassle speedy delivery

for years I used ProHealth 2.5mg sublingual melatonin to help with sleep problems due to chronic illness. They changed their formulation, it has proved useless for me. The Bronson 5 mg formulation helps, but not as well or as consistently for me as the older formulation. It does have to be taken well before bed, I've found it helpful to have a glass of slightly warm water to sip on as it dissolves. Be sure to brush teeth after using this, or you will waken with the most unpleasant mouth.
