Great to be able to source a high dose Vit B12 cyanocobalamin which I couldn't otherwise get in NZ. Oral cyanocobalamin the best type of vit B12 supplement according to Dr Michael Greger, nutritionfacts.org. Easy to take, dissolve in mouth, taste fine. One a day for over 65-year-olds.
Just started using the Bronson brand & taking B12 daily rather than just several times a week ~ what a difference in Energy when taken daily! These really improved my energy levels! I take them about 3-4 times a week along with my high potency B every day. The pills are small and easy to chew/dissolve.
Essential for nerves, red blood cells and metabolism. B12 deficiency could cause health issues I would like to avoid. I'm a borderline vegan so it could happen to me. I depend on good nutrition from Bronson.
