I requested a replacement on 5/25/2021 and that shipment also has not been received. Bronson has known for months that packages sent via USPS were significantly delayed. Why are they still insisting on using USPS? I was told that the replacement package was coming via another shipper, but the shipping info on that package indicated USPS, too.
