Best Vitamin C supplement ever
Ever since reading a book 30 years ago by Nobel Laurette Dr. Linus Pauling regarding the attributes of ascorbic acid and bioflavonoids I started taking this stuff. In twenty five years I have not called out sick from work, and I attribute it to this stuff. Every time I feel like I'm starting a sore throat, or getting sick I down these C crystals and the next day feel fine. Highly recommended.
