Long base makes it easier to reach areas I wouldn't normally be able to reach. The middle of my back while relaxing. Multiple heads are easy to switch out and easy to use. Different levels of massaging.

Rechargeable massagers are fine but this corded one does not give out. The grounding is within the unit, so it's a 2 prong plug. I like the attachments but the balls are my favorites. I have chronic pain and I keep this next to my recliner. It's not too big and the wand design is longer and allows me to reach my neck, middle of my back, lower back and calves. Brookstone has a great reputation and this massager did not disappoint.

Surprised how long the handle is but after using, It all made sense. The vibration alone helped my knees and calves and backside from osteopenia and sciatica. All really acts up in cloudy weather ! This long arm gadget allowed me to sleep all nite with very little pain after one 15 min use ! Thank you ! I was going to invest in a vibration plate you stand on but was weary being by myself and falling. I decided to get this guy. Happy camper. Love to do my arches as well. Could feel the sensation long after I was finished.

It's not heavy to hold which I like alot. The cord needs to be longer, using a small extension cord. It has the feels, various styles and features with the heads. The box kind of holds everything but a bag or zipper soft bag would have been great with it. It shipped out arrived fast.

The button to switch levels is a little bit difficult to operate when you try to go from one to three and four

It's very strong %26 helps relieve tension . It doesn't warm like it says so that's a bummer overall 6/10

I first liked this massage wand but I've only had it for only about a month ago and it's broken. The massage head is loose and the unit now rattles and very loud and so unfortunately it's past the return date so I'm stuck with it until it stops working all together. It worked fine until it didn't!!

broke within one use. there are parts inside loose so the whole part that hold the head moves out entirely and pieces rattle around. now it is not even usable. the head no longer moves when turned on. other then being poorly assembled or damaged in delivery it had potential to work fine.

This item appears to be used, not new, and it isn't working properly! It has scuff and scratch marks on it, a partially peeled off sticker, and the cord was not wrapped like a new one. I am returning it for a refund. I hope I get another one that is new and works properly.

Worked well for a short period, maybe 90days total before cord shorted out. I thought it perhaps was a dud and bought a 2nd but it soon died as well. Problem on both is where the cord meets the base of wand. I used this for muscle massage only, primary shoulders, back, and ankles, no adult play.
