The case is perfect size for the US passport. It just fits which is what I wanted. Not overly big, just for the passport basically. Had to took off one star because the material is a little rough. Would've preferred a smoother texture. A plus is the rfid protection. This is a great cover. Wish it came in a lot more colors and a smoother finish

I purchased to protect my recently renewed passport from getting beat up in my purse since I will be using it in place of my state ID card for which it is acceptable. However perhaps the price was lowered because it is too small for a new passport.. buy a small margin but nonetheless, it didn't fit! The passport cannot be put into the cover for the protection when the cover is too small. For a new passport received in the past 6 months. My time is worth more than the $6 when I've had too much experience with Walmart customer service trying to get past automated system with options that do not apply and then offshore personnel who don't comprehend the English language and always compound the original problem. I will not subject myself to that for a $6 credit card credit for this purchase.. an item that was fulfilled and shipped by Walmart and additional stupid mistakes by whatever Walmart Warehouse was involved.
