I had to comment on this product. I call it my miracle machine ! The best treatment for muscle aches. It is a little hard. But it works like a hand getting in the hard spots.

I recently got the Brookstone Shiatsu neck and lumbar massage pillow with heat. I am so glad I gave this a try. My neck and back feel so good after using this. I like the fact that it has a hook up for the car also, this will be used a lot on car trips. Great product, highly recommend trying.

The heat setting feels amazing too. The cord is pretty long so it’s east to plug it in all over the house. It also comes with a car charger so you can use it on the go as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This massager does a great job to get in to your muscles deeply, and I LOVE the straps that allow you to position it where and how you like, give more pressure to certain areas, and otherwise customize to your body. I do think this works your neck really well, but you have to get it just right to dig into your shoulders also. That said, I have successfully used this all the way down my back and up my neck, which is ideal. The pillow fits comfortably on the back of your neck, almost like it was made for it. The heads are large which allows the rotating massage to cover more area. Also, there is a heater on the device which works better than any heated massager I have used to date. It heats up quickly but it doesn't get too hot and the fabric is breathable so it stays comfortable. I would call it more of a deep tissue heat but not a skin burn which makes it perfect. The mesh doesn't rub your neck like others so you don't have that uncomfortable friction. I have owned cheaper massagers in the past and they really didn't help much at all. This one will actually get out the knots! In in two weeks this has become truly one of the most used product in my home. If you are always tense like myself, BUY IT ! Your muscles will thank you. It has helped me through severe piriforis/sciatica pain and also neck and shoulder pain. You just have to work with it, to find how it can best suit your needs. I always use it sitting down, using my body's leverage to pinpoint exactly where I want the shiatsu movement to go. I did a lot of research & found Brookstone mode to be well worth the money.

The option to have a heated massage or just a normal massage is a total game changer for me. The ability to place it in different areas is also a plus. It can be used in the car while driving as well and you can take it on planes when you travel. I think I've met my new best friend!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This neck/lumbar massage pillow is simple, sturdy, and effective. It has a regular massage setting it one with heat. It can be positioned to meet the needs of your neck/lumbar trouble areas but I’ve found I can move it around to work out the knots in other troublesome areas on my back. I’ve definitely used it at least a couple times a day and have been more than pleased with it so far!
