Buyer beware
Item arrived in a poly bag and not appropriately cushioned and no surprise here that the item was not only dented but also broken. Return to store failed miserably as the Durham NC store location said they don't have a printer and can't accept the return. Was directed to redo return online and drop off at FedEx store. Now however the online return option to use FedEx is not available. This is a miserable failure of the initial shipment packaging and the entire return process. Note: My initial choice of having a FedEx pickup at my home was subsequently disallowed which is what pushed me into the store return in the first place. Buyer beware!!
