Extremely sturdy. It's either Aluminum or metal. Everything came well packaged and fast shipping. Instruction manual with clear pictures included. It reminded of the kind they have in japan if you've ever lived there. I tested it out and it got the job done as promised. No scam here, no strange smells or unidentifiable items. The seller is safe to shop from even though it's 3rd party. Works on Wood, laminate, tile,vinyl. It can even get in tight places like sofas and showcase cabinets reaching to the walls.

I love the easy assembly and although no instructions were included I quickly understood how to maneuver the cleaning pad through the wringing attachment. it gets the job done for a quick clean up for my floors and walls. took under three minutes to put together, would want to get a second one but no need it has four separate pads that are also washable. decent quality and well worth the price.

i like the design (handle) and that it is good on laminate and hard wood floors as a duster. I did not necessarily like that the head can not get entirely under tight places because of the way it is constructed. It barely gets halfway through space like refrigerators or under washers or dryers, which is why I selected it. It absorbs liquid okay.

This was not easy to put together, but I finally figured it out. I could not find the video for assistance. I also do not have a mop bucket to fit the mop head, which made it harder to use inside the house. With that being said, it does a great job mopping and the squeezing mechanism does a great job cleaning off the grime and the addition of the squeegee is brilliant.

I can't say that I'm impressed. This lost stars because it's advertised as a broom /dustpan and mop. It's literally a fancy swiffer with the ability to squeegee out the dirty water. I was hoping it was a broom/dustpan. Kind of hard to figure out how to assemble from the instructions.

First, this is a high- faluting (as my mother used to say) Swifter. I had to have my son put it together became I couldn't figure it out. To quote him, it's not a broom and dust pan it's a mop that doesn't squeegee easily. Would I recommend it to friends, probably not. But you can try it if you want.

Cons: Difficult to assemble especially as the instructions were vague, not in English but did he have photos to follow, handle has too many parts that look similar. Did finally assemble but then had difficulty getting head of mop to go through presser to drain water out. Mop cloth hard to place on. Pros: large head would cover large parts of floor. 4 washable mop clothes

This id not a dust pan and broom as advertised. It's easy to use but only for a quick keep up for dusting over your hard wood floors. I haven't tried it as a mop yet but that's what it looks like it is for not sweeping necessarily.

This was a one and done for me. I wanted a mop to keep in the main bathroom closet for quick and easy use. Difficult to assemble. Manual stated to look at the video for help with assembly but there was no video to watch. Afraid i was going to break it before i could use it. Got it together and went to mop, the mop worked well. I liked the mop pads but tge hands free wringing out the dirty water was very awkward. I was having to hold it over my head to position it to go through the squeegee. Skip this mop, and bring out the trusty spin mop.

Very hard to use. Was hard to put together because instructions weren't clear, finally tried to use it and it is just as difficult to use as it was to put together.
