I have been using it to craft Christmas stuff for the kids and my daughter is using it for her scrapbook right now. It's easy to measure so your work and cutting is accurate. The mat is very thin like poster you buy from the store, it's strong enough where it won't bend easily and easy to store away for usage. If you look at my picture there's a hole where it makes storing easy. I personally keep the plastic on. It doesn't bother me, making it easy to clean and if I were to curl the mat, it would still stay together. Not creasing. I recommend this Mat is good to do projects and scrapbooking.

The mats do cost more than other mats for different machines. The adhesive does not last very long.
