Real genuine brother parts. we bought fake units from amazon and im glad i was able to get genuine ones again.

Only one that works correctly
It is costly, but we tried the cheap brands %26 they did not work, had to send back. So the Brother really wants you to use theirs.

I'm not sure if this is a genuine Brother drum. The clip to the wire was off when I received it. I put it back on but it still isn't the way it should be.

Not up to their usual standard
I always buy OEM but not worth it this time. Drum is already a mess %26 have had to clean it. Only used it a month or so. Going to try one of those off brands next time. It can’t be worse.

Yes Junk
I bought this Genuine-Drum unit DR-820 on May 5,2024. Today 7/18/24 I am getting a message to "Replace Drum". The last drum unit I had lasted 7 years. So frustrated as I went to https://www.brother-usa.com/support and it's useless to get the information on what my options are given that it lasted 78 days. I even tried to send a picture but your useless website wouldnt allow me to upload it.

Short lived
I bought a replacement. I print way less than 30K copies and it does not seem to last very long. Disappointing given the high price.
