Excellent drum
Brother makes excellent printers, but most people don't know that the higher-end printers have drums that also need replaced. While very pricey, this genuine drum works like a dream, and I expect it will last many years as the original did. Was happy to pay for a genuine part that installed quickly and without drama and got us back and running again in about two minutes.

Fantastic Bargain Fantastic Bargain!
This item was a Brother brand name drum unit, identical to ones selling for almost twice as much at other vendors. Very easy to install, works perfectly now!

Only Use Brother
Only buy the genuine Brother drum. Walmart is the most reasonable price. It had to be shipped, but I still got it faster than from anywhere else.

Printer stopped working
Brother website correctly diagnosed my problem, made a recommendation which I followed, and the part I purchased was easy to install. This fixed my problem.

I just bought this drum unit today and have it in case down the road I have to replace my drum unit I have the spare in head already thank you brother for making best laser jet printers ever its Best to buy one in case cause you never know if there going be sold out or don't know when they be restock again also if ur printer still shows drum needs replace and you already put the new drum unit in go to YouTube and type replace drum unit it should tell u k after put new drum in and still show replace drum ur suppose to open door again and press clear when see drum on screen press 1 for yes and press ok then u should be good to go but check YouTube to be on safe side hope this advice helps everyone

Very poor installation instructions for the non-pr
brother's website has to be the worst site I have every searched on, I just bought an all-in-one.They have the wrong toner cartridge in the box, there is no reference on the correct cartridge, searching there website they don't even have my purchase model number listed.
