The product is great but I was very disappointed in the packaging. It arrived in a pretty "smashed state'" from the way it was handled by the delivery system. Would probably order from another source next time.

The ink cartridges are soo easy to install and this brother printer works flawlessly and so much better than the HP printer that it replaced. Great printer and ink system.

Wow What a savings purchasing this product from Walmart 3 Pack LC 103 Ink, a huge $33 savings and I was so very satisfied it was the product Brother requested I purchase for my Printer. Thanks Walmart

Convenient way to order new OEM ink cartridges at a fair price. Too many people try to go the cheap route with aftermarket or refilled cartridges and learn their lessons the hard way with a cartridge that their printer doesn't recognize or cheap ink that can damage the printer. I won't make that mistake, but see no reason to pay "manufacturer's suggested retail price" when I can get the genuine article for less. Thanks, Walmart!

This is the recommended replacement for my printer. I always replace with this Innobella.

First off, this asked me about battery life. Really? For printer ink? Next, the ink itself is good, but this order indicated that it was "refurbished" cartridges. They did not have the usual vacuum crank (or whatever it is called) on them. Fortunately the ink seems to be full and fine. This company that does the ink for Brother apparently does exclusive ink fills for Brother. So the ink is quality, but the company shows lack of quality. Prior to this, I received a color cartridge that was empty in the multiple box of three. I had the box in reserve so it was about a half a year before I got to it. Therefore no receipt nor anything else that seemed would be helpful. I wrote to Brother anyway about this and they seemed to not care. They got back to me asking for purchase date and place. I could not give the date. I purchased that from Best Buy. It did not matter as the manufacturer is always the same all around the country. Brother did not even send me a "sorry" response. All the years I have been dealing with Walmart, even though I did not mention the improper refilling of the cartridges, Walmart has always given an apology and tried to make good if something went wrong. In short, with the inconsistency with the official ink company for Brother being prevalent, I suggest you get it through Walmart if you have to time to wait for delivery vs just getting the ink from a store.

I buy Brother ink, because I've had some poor experiences with third-party inks, and if you're buying Brother ink, Walmart is a perfectly fine place to buy it (free shipping, too).

When I placed this order the description stated it would fit my Brother printer. The photos on the front of the package matched my empty cartridges. As I was trying to insert a new cartridge it would not fit. When looking at the new one it did not match the photo on the website or on the front of the packages. I would like a refund to my Walmart account. When I opened the Yellow ink I noticed on the wrapper that it states "no longer supplied due to a design change. Obviously website had not been updated.

Ink was either old or defective. I paid full price for manufacturer quality ink, and did not get full value. Two of the colored inks showed nearly empty after running the cleaning process just once. Will not buy this ink from Walmart again.
