order this because I'm almost out. Love the printer

Highly recommend
expensive but lasts us 2 years. Cheaper than the dry ink printers. Highly recommend this.

Arrived quickly, product worked, box was beat up
Arrived quickly and toner worked when placed into the printer. The box came very dented and opened. Looks like it was a return that didn't get resealed nicely. It doesn't appear to have affected the toner.

Ship in fewer boxes
You sent me this order and three more in 4 separate boxes, shipped a lot of air. My guess they all could've been strapped together and sent as one or 2 to save freight costs. Perhaps you could consider the ‘initial order' a different method vs the subscription refills which would certainly come at different intervals.
