Brother Genuine LC207BK High-yield Printer Ink Cartridge

My Brother All-in-One (printer/scanner/fax) is 9 years old, and still works as good as new. I owe that to using genuine ink cartridges. They're expensive, but I've never had one dry up or clog, which is incredible considering I only print every few months (generally a recipe). It take some work to find genuine Brother cartridges nowadays, but I wouldn't use anything else. This product is the black ink cartridge. It's a true, rich, genuine black that makes text stand out at attention. It's especially nice not having to pay a subscription for my infrequent use. This was only available for shipping. I wasn't happy they shipped it in an envelope though. It got beat up, and lost in limbo for 3 weeks. They issued a refund for the wait. Then, a month later, they charged me claiming I never returned the product. This was purchased direct, and not a 3rd party; so I don't know what the problem was. Therefore, if it's not readily available for pickup or delivery, I don't recommend having it shipped.

Work as expected. Had this printer for a long time now so wasn't expecting anything different.

Normally I have a backup, I got caught short:out of ink. Walmart delivered next day free, at a competitive price. GREAT service!

This is the brand-name ink cartridge, so works best in Brother printers.

The cartridge arrived with expired date. Returned. Have used this cartridge before %26 it lasts. Was disappointed because it was good value.

I do not agree that Brother may modify my statement. -- Also the purchase date I cited when registering my printer is an approximation; I really don't recall when I purchased my printer. When they were available, black ink cartridges worked very well and lasted a reasonable amount of time in my MFC-J4420DW printer, that, a dozen years later still works flawlessly AND accommodates printing on 11 x 17 sheets. I'm VERY pleased with it; five stars back then and until about now!! -- But I see that the LC207BK cartridges are no longer available; apparently manufacture has been discontinued. (Also, printer-drivers for this printer have not been updated beyond MacOS 12; though so far 'Air Print' has enabled me to get around that problem as late as MacOS 26.) -- Without the availability of ink cartridges, unless I can find an alternative source for them, it is becoming clear that I will have to purchase a new printer sometime soon. That does not please me.
