The fact that it is high capacity it last a long time. I just wish it printed darker. The print is hard to read sometimes.

Fabulous printer
This is a great printer. I like it's thrifty way with ink but wish wireless feature and it's different functions more intuitive to use. I have some trouble figuring out how to scan, for example.

Good products, but charging policies not good.
Products came in two separate shipments on two days??? but got them okay. Only thing I didn't like was being charged for them three days before they were shipped. An odd policy/practice.

Cartridge near expiry
The price was good and when the cartridge was received I realized why! Its "best before" date was only a month away. The supplier did not want to refund or exchange, saying it was guaranteed for a year. I'm not a heavy user so this was a concern, my previous cartridge lasted 2 years.
