Brother Genuine TN227BK High-yield Black Printer Toner Cartridge

1. I only order the Brother brand for my Brother printer. 2. You had single cartridge packaging. Amazon only offered groups of cartridges unless I would order from a supplier for which Amazon appeared to be a dealer. 3. Caveat. I have since learned that I could have ordered from a Portland Staples who would give me same day delivery.

Delivery was prompt and came in very good order.

It is the right ink, but my boxes were smashed. I had to open them to see if they were damaged. They appear ok

As the original packaging had been opened, I felt a bit cheated that Walmart didn't think enough of this customer to send me unopened product. The toner cartridge is working perfectly, but as I return the used cartridge in the new box, the box is covered with lots of tape to hold it together.

I installed this toner cartridge into my machine and suddenly the machine app is telling me the toner is not Brother genuine toner. Not sure that was a fact until I printed using it…terrible quality. I ordered a complete 4 toner cartridge set off eBay and when I swapped out the black toner, the not genuine message went away. I returned to Walmart for a refund.

Opening the box as I did in previous purchases, everything looked ok. The issue that the box looked like an original and so did the cartridge after I took it out of the box. Unfortunately, the cartridge inside the box was not a TN 227-BK nor was it labeled as such. The cartridge would not fit into the BK slot and it was not a BK cartridge and was returned. I eventually looked at the bottom of the box and it looked like it was slightly ripped where there is a "crease." Returning the item was simple and easy. Walmart instructions on returning the item was simple and easy. I printed out a return slip and dropped it off at the nearest FedEx. I did purchase a cartridge at Staples and it was a perfect fit.

The item was delivered to me having already been opened. Walmart had a good price, but I received an previouslyopened product! Brother in cartridges are typically quality products but in this case, I'm not sure if I didn't receive a used one for an aftermarket refilled one

Stay away from this printer and these cartridges. The original black cartridge shipped with the printer printed far fewer sheets than advertised. I bought the high-yield cartridge and from the first page it has spread gray over every part of every page printed. After three attempts to clean the toner and drum (following Brother's instructions to the letter) I have given up. I was on the fence about buying another toner cartridge and hoping for better results, but reading the other reviews has convinced me to move on to another printer from another brand.

This cartridge will not fit a Brother MFC-L2750DW laser printer. The mistake that I made was searching on Walmart.com for TN-760, the model number of my expired laser printer cartridge. I recommend that you read all of the information on the description and packaging box before ordering. It was not until I received the cartridge that I found it would not fit my MFC-L2750DW Brother printer. If you search the Walmart website for Brother TN760 will show the TN227BK as a replacement, it is not a replacement for the Brother TN760 cartridge, or even the Brother MFC-L2750DW printer
