Brother GQ3700 Sewing & Quilting Machine with Built-in Stitches & Wide Table

Saw this sewing machine as I was searching for new machine. My Singer machine was worn out. This Brother machine caught my eye as it's for sewing and quilting, excellent reviews and price is amazing. Received it early and has been a joy to use for a quilt I was in the middle of. I love how smoothly it operates and all the accessories included. I highly recommended this machine. ❤️

I had trouble with a model that required threading the needle manually. It was very annoying. This guy after the second try made threading the machine super easy and it doesn't break. Make sure you sue the correct sized spool. I used a small one that was lose and it flow off when I changed to a fancier stich.

I love it, quick simple directions to setup and start sewing your next project. I have done so much in such a short time since I had it. i have gone from a Sears Kenmore 1970's sewing machine built in table, to modern design and functions. I highly recommend Brothers sewing and quilting machine.

I like everything about this sewing machine. I am 79 and didn't want to put a lot of money in a machine. My old machine broke. Used it for 20 years. It was a Brothers too. I made 18 bowl cozy on this new machine before Christmas. This is a great machine, love the ease of putting the bobbin in. The stitches are beautiful and the instructions are easy to understand even for an old lady like myself. Ms. Kirby

Lots of stitches to choose from. User manual very helpful, lots of extra parts, spools, etc. Especially like the attached extended table. Plus it had a dust cover!

it's a Christmas gift for my mom. hopefully it works. she uses a singer but those have been breaking easily and they have been replaced 3 times in a yr already. hopefully this one last longer.

I absolutely love this machine. It is so user friendly. I'm 65 and didn't want to spend a lot of money on a big fancy sewing machine and this one did not disappoint.

phenomenal for first or beginner machine. Will definitely need an upgrade when i get further into quilting but ill stick with brother. only will upgrade for capabilities not because of any negativity to the machine.

It is sold as a quilting machine, but the inside width of the machine is not wide enough to comfortably sew quilts. Even with the small table that comes with it. Definitely need a wider platform base to sew quilts. Machine sews nicely though.

Sewing machine works okay if you don't mind gagging on the chemical smell coming from the cheap plastic operator foot and cord. The smell is very strong even when placed in a ziploc bag and a plastic bin. Brother will not pay for a replacement. Very disappointed. Will never buy another Brother product again.
