Scanning is quick, and overall performance is fast and reliable. No frustrating delays or glitches. One of the best parts is the app. It makes printing so convenient, especially when switching between devices. Connecting from phone, laptop, or tablet is seamless and hassle free. The only downside is that it’s a little on the bigger scale for a home printer, so it does take up some space. But aside from that, it’s a really solid dependable printer that does everything you need really well.

I use it for school stuff, recipes, and random paperwork, and it hasn't given me any trouble. The touchscreen is easy to figure out, even for someone who's not super techy. The only thing is, it's pretty big. It takes up a lot of space on my desk, and in a smaller home office it can feel like it's hogging the whole corner. But honestly, it works so well that I don't mind too much. Just make sure you've got room for it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All I can say is wow. It's much bigger and heavier than I expected but it has so many features. It comes with a QR code which made it super easy to set up. It connects via WiFi so you can print from your phone which is so nice because you can print right when you want you from your phone etc. without having to go to the printer to do it manually. The ink cartridges were easy to install and the printer quality is crisp and bright! This is a great printer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a dedicated home office but there is literally no place to put this massive beast. It's at least 4x bigger than my current printer. I was really looking looking forward to replacing my ink jet with a laser but unless i build an extension on my house I have no way of doing it. This is probably a great printer for a real office work environment but it is completely ridiculous for my needs. I had no idea it would be so big. I work out all the time but just lifting the box is rough. Brother should know their target market. I am very disappointed.

This model will not do Duplex Copies. There is no where in the menu that allows 2 sided copies. Had a previous model MFC-J6935DW that worked great
