Brother Innov-is NQ1700E Embroidery Machine with Exclusive Bonus Bundle

I'm getting used to this bigger machine and I think I'm going to love the possibilities. Still figuring out how to do things. Everything is going well.

So happy with my choice! Did a ton of research for my very first embroidery machine. The NQ1700e is everything I needed...had to buy online due to not living near a dealer, wich means I had to teach myself how to use...would love Brother sponsored instructional videos for customers like me

This is my first embroidery machine and I do love it. A friend of mine has a brother embroidery machine, and I had her embroider something for me and had been thinking about purchasing one, but didn't know anything about them. After spending the afternoon and watching her seeing what she was doing I came home and said I want one of these,so I researched and decided to buy one just like hers. I've incorporated it in some quilts that I've sold to people and they are thrilled to have a name and a date embroidered on it and I've also done some other designs. Pretty easy to learn how to operate.

Dont know why it took me so long to purchase! I love it. I have made so many beautiful things with it. The machine is simple to use and sitches beautifully. It is very addicting!

I bought the 6x10 loop, but quickly found it's not big enough. The machine works great though and I'm able to do a lot with it. My biggest gripe is the Aspria app is for phone or ipad only. I like the accesibility of doing things on my laptop or desktop, so I am jumping through hoops to design on my computer, to send to my phone Aspira app, which then sends over to the machine.

Easy to work on but it just sounds very clunky. My needle was stuck in needle slot had to take it back to get it removed. The wireless connection is nice

I have only had the machine a short time. Every time it does the automatic cut I have to redo the bobbin thread because it won't pickup. I spoke to my dealer but got no resolution. For the price it should work as correctly

I love the ability to use a 6x10 hoop and having the jump threads cut however, my machine has several things that have gone wrong within the first couple of months of ownership. The jump thread cutter works occasionally, the needle threader handle has cracked off making it unusable and it has begun to shred the thread. It goes into the repair shop after using it for 3 months.

I was beyond myself when I got this machine for Christmas. However my heartbreak in just two weeks has me speechless. I didnt have it out of the box a day when the files I moved started to have this error. I messaged sellers and complained and they all desperately tried to help me until I found others with the same issue on youtube. Come to find out several people are having the same issue and it wasnt any fault of creators. Within a week the machine started to tell me every file needed a larger embroidery frame and the only way to bypass this was to add a period in the file and just not stitch it. The computer issue breaks my heart because I am in love with every inch of this machine. Please Please fix this software issue!!!! I would love considering buying another once the bugs are worked out.

This machine is supposed to connect to the Internet with no problems. Called support as it was not connected to the Internet. They said it runs on a lower speed than a lot of homes are I called my provider. They said I could run a lower speed for that machine, but when I tried to connect it, it still would not connect. Obviously this machine is dated and its capability to connect to the Internet. Most homes are at 5G and this machine runs at 2.4. You can get your Internet to run a 2.4 fourth machine, but it still won't connect properly.
